Education is a vital resource and, to we at PowerSkills, a human right. With education comes skills, advancement opportunities and the power to change communities, institutions, countries and the planet itself. Yet, there are millions of young people and adults around the world who do not have adequate access to advanced professional education.
PowerSkills, works in partnership with U.S. domestic and international partners to provide training and coaching services to emerging leaders within NGO’s (Non-Governmental Organizations) in countries around the world: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Mexico, Brazil, Laos, and Thailand. Our work supports the development and sustainability of marine ecosystems, coastal and coral conservation projects, anti-poverty programs, entrepreneurial, education, and social justice initiatives.
We focus on leadership development and management training
PowerSkills is a world-wide expert in the fields of organization culture and psychology, human behavior, diversity and culture, and leadership and management development. Through our international partnerships and educational initiatives, we ensure that women leaders, youth leaders, disenfranchised communities and groups receive knowledge and develop skills that are typically offered only to a privileged few in business and at universities.
We believe in equity and establishing a level playing field for all people who desire to succeed educationally, economically and in community empowerment.
Some of our projects & partnerships include:
